ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING · BUILD PLANNING

More room.
Better builds.

Turn 3D part files into constrained, comparable production layouts. Search for lower build heights, plan multiple builds, and balance layer density.

FROM FILE TO BUILD

A layout you can inspect.
A search you can continue.

01

Bring your parts

Import STL geometry and set quantities for each part type.

02

Define the constraints

Set the build area, height limit, minimum spacing, orientation locks and forbidden regions.

03

Search and compare

Inspect improvement history, pause a search, and continue from the original result.

04

Balance and export

Redistribute layer load at a fixed height, then export the selected placement as STL or 3MF.

ONE PRODUCT · DIFFERENT OBJECTIVES

Plan the whole build.

Optimization is more than fitting a bounding box. Keep geometry, spacing and the chosen production objective in view.

Z↓

Build-height search

Explore arrangements for a single build and retain the best valid placements as the search progresses.

▤

Multiple-build planning

Distribute the required quantities across build volumes with an optional upper limit on the number of builds.

≋

Layer-load balancing

Reduce avoidable density peaks through a separate post-process. The height-search checkpoint remains independent.

↺

Saved, inspectable work

Keep local job records, preview results, resume unchanged plans, and manage recorded improvements.

NESTING SOLVER

Built around a real
production problem.

Nesting Solver is an early-stage, founder-led venture started in Türkiye in 2026. We are developing a geometry-aware planning tool for additive manufacturing.

The current product includes a working desktop application and an authenticated web prototype. Development focuses on placement quality, reliable job management and fixed-height layer balancing.

Pilot validation is ongoing. The engineer remains responsible for reviewing the plan against the machine, material and process requirements.
